Naughty Technology

As of last night, the house phone line and the internet at home are down. I'm posting from work, after punching out. So I'll be checking email tomorrow during lunch, and then I'm off to Boston. If you need me, hit the cell phone, it's likely to be on, or something like that. It's amazing how cut-off it feels at home, when until what, 6 years ago, I never used the internet and rarely made a phone call. Heck, I still rarely use the phone. But it's made me realize how much time I'm actually on the computer, and how much communication I do with it. And of course, today everyone emails me whom I'd written to in the last 2 weeks. If you see this and you're one of those people- it'll be a few days until I get back to you, quite possibly. Sorry. (There's some chance the lines will have been fixed today, but possibly that won't happen until some time tomorrow, and tomorrow I'm leaving work early to spend Shabbat with tovah623 and chinchillama.
