IFD Trends

They've been teaching junk at KI (where I dance) lately. It all sounds like bad American pop music, the dances aren't great at all, some are barely mediocre, and it just irks me. I'm not a huge fan of American music of this type- one of the advantages of IFD until recently (especially the dances from before I was born, yummy things) was that I didn't have to deal with said music. Lately, there's been an influx. I hope it doesn't last- I can deal with the bunches of older disco, tango, and salsa influenced stuff much more.

That said- maybe there's a reason. I decided that they'd been teachign junk so it wouldn't stick around for long so that Felicia doesn't have to worry about not knowing it, since she was out for 6 or 7 weeks, post partum. (That said, I got to meet her baby, Yoni for the first time. Adorable- and Lots of hair for an infant.
