Triumph?

I got lost on the way back from Steve's place, where I spent a really lovely shabbos, called Mom and Dad since I knew they were with a friend who's lived in Boston for ages, who told me my best bet was the highway, and I did indeed successfully drive in 128/95 for several exits. (Admittedly, I Was a little shakey while doing so, but I did it).

Dancing started out pretty mediocre, but the from 1:30 until when we left, (3:15ish) I had a really good time- I know all sorts of things they put on that not so many people did, and had a really nice time. Met Steve's new girlfriend, who was just really delightful, talked to folks, collected 4 or 5 inquiries as to zodiacmg's whereabouts, heard Steve compliment my dancing to my folks... For something I'd been a bit too cuckoo to think about, I had a pretty nice time, even with the proliferation of really Eh programming.

Today I packed up, and my parents did some cleaning of my apartment (it's incredible, and somewhat quirky- they hung the crutches which we inherited with the apartment on the wall. Now I just need something to hang between them. But the kitchen floor is clean now, and the dishes done, and the paper bags are organized.) And then we headed for home. I drove for about 45 minutes towards the end, and but had Dad do the last 10 minutes or so, as we'd stopped anyways, and my shoulders hurt from being tense- especially at the beginning, but it sort of built up. At home I helped with some cleaning and organizing, had dinner, talked to zodiacmg for a bit, and put a bunch of photos in my album- it's almost full. I really should label the pictures with the who/what/when/where and relevant stories. Maybe I'll just type up an accompanying record of such info rahte than trying to fit it on the pages. Sounds like a project for times when I don't want to do real work.
