Looks like I'll be skipping the festival and going to see Shalhevet, as a classmate needs someone to moderate the online candidates' forum for the Rabbinical School Student Organization elections, and neither she (the election coordinator) nor anyone on executive board currently can do it. I could make the time by going to the Shalhevet thing (in the building and slightly later) rather than the festival (an hour earlier, and requiring some amount of travel time). So- usefulness wins out again.
