Shabbat and A Little Travel

I spent this shabbat with zachkessin and kmelion and their two boys.  Getting out to them was my first time taking the buses in Israel (went just fine, although I needed to ask someone to tell me when to get off for the central bus station...), and for traveling outside of Jerusalem (well, barring the journey from the airport to here).  But I made it there quite reasonably, and then proceeded to have a lovely Shabbat.  It was very nice to catch up, and to meet their two sons, who are absolutely adorable (not a surprise, but still worth stating).  I was well fed, and well rested, and just overall enjoyed my time.  It had been a number of years since we last saw each other (4+), which really made me realize how long 4 years really is, in terms of life experience and all of that.  4 doesn't sound like a lot- but the last 4 years have included some pretty significant pieces of personal history and experience...  More details may come later, but for now, I'm going to relax a bit and then crash, as tomorrow is a Long day...
