I know what u mean about feeling like a chameleon.
I think it's b/c u don't want to present urself in a way u know will not be liked/understood, so u only present what ppl seem to be looking for, and often they are looking for aspects of themselves.
Sometimes I feel like very few ppl actually know who I really am, b/c so many ppl see only what they're looking for, and usually it's easier to let them.
