I think today is flying humus day.

I've managed to get humus on my computer (luckily nowhere vital) and assorted locations in the kitchen. Darn our lack of suitable counter space.

More like the Hebrew word for leavening, or leavened bread- khametz. The regular word for bread is lekhem.
