Well, Here's a disadvantage to Israel.  The shul down the street has second, post-yontif hakafot, highly amplified, and now I'm going to have to either stay up way later than I want, or try to sleep while listening to "Moshiah, moshiah, moshiach".  This is not pleasing- I just want to sleep, or tomorrow will be all off schedule, and I just want to get onto a reasonable schedule before orientation starts- and the last few days were moving in a really good direction.  I hope that they stop soon- but I doubt that they will.
