The Search Continued

So I called all the assorted placed I might have dropped my tallit bag again, and they haven't found it, or anything like it. I have No idea where else it could be. I guess I should probably start looking to get or make myself a new one, but I don't particularly like that idea. I mean, at some point I wanted a different one, but not so much because the one I had was no longer available.

I'm really sorry to hear that the search continues to be futile. Do you know of anywhere outside of Israel to get another pretty talli(s/t)?

Oh, there are tons of places, including many online. My own wasn't so ornate or unusual- I even found one online that's quite similar- basically it's just gold detailing, not silver. But it's that it was the one I got with my folks in New York before my bat mitzvah, and it's a bag that my grandma's boyfriend gave me, and it had in it kippot from a few friends' weddings, and one that cornflake62 made for me freshman year... You know- more the people and history associated with it than the stuff itself.
