Well, all that can be kashered (I think) is currently cooling. (No one thinks to mention that one ought to let newly kashered items Cool, and that time for this needs to be budgetted in. Ahh, the practical things that just get assumed.) As are a number of things that officially can't be. But I'm home, and this is as close as it gets, so I figured something is better than nothing. My rabbinic-logic may be faulty- probably is, but oh well, it's a start. So now I must find things to cook for Shabbos, and for the sedarim, and I don't know what my mother has planned already. Maybe I should give her a quick call to find out. But I think tonight is likely to be soup of some sort, possibly cold soup if I can find a good recipe (since we're lacking in tomatos- makes it hard to do impromptu cream-of-refridgerator gaspacho without tomatos), salad and something. Ahh, the joys of this just before Passover menu shtick. I wonder if I can find some sort of nice potatoes with cheese sauce sort of thing that doesn't call for flour. That sounds easy. Maybe I can make something up. I hope my parents are feeling tolerant...
Eep- I don't know if they're planning on meat at the seder. Ought to find that out.
Erg- hope Mom did buy haggadot. Shall have to find out-0 if not, maybe I can print something out off the internet? I don't know...
Aargh.
