Got home today from CA. I haven't the foggiest idea about where to start with writing about it, so I think it'll just come out in whatever random thoughts I have over the next while, or I could make you folks ask me about whatever you want to know about my life in the month away from the computer or something. Feel free to ask, otherwise take your chances.

But many many thanks to the people who wrote me or (shala I'm looking at you) sent me things (the cup was a fabulous escape from styrofoam for me, and the jelly beans were appreciated all around the table), and I'm sorry that around the last week (when I finally got this giant flood of mail) I stopped writing back, having hit the level of overload and time-stuffing that caused me to stop even journalling for a while.

Ok, reasonable LJ-ing should resume very soon now. Really. I mean it.

In other, BORG-related news, I have a paper shopping bag full of books. Some of them are going to friends, but seriously there's just all this stuff I don't really have room for or care too much about anymore.
