The current local news issue:
A boyscout, age 19 and an assistant scoutmaster, and also a liberty warrior, whatever that is (help me out![[livejournal.com profile]](https://www.dreamwidth.org/img/external/lj-userinfo.gif)
arib or jakal88?), ran over 10 geese, he claims by accident. He's being charged with cruelty to animals- he killed a series of goslings and injured the others and the two parent-geese. There was memorial service for the dead geese. I don't know what they said at it.
That was probably the pleasant excitement of the night- dancing was dull, drove home, parked a bit too far from the curb, and when I went to try again, the car just kept going backwards- what I'd thought was the car starting was it not catching. Grr- feaked me out for a second there. Ick. Very Ick.
