First Day at Work

Well, day one down. It doesn't seem like a bad job, although the first thing they had me do was start cleaning/reorganizing a room that was (and still mostly is) a real disaster. It had its downs and its ups, most certainly. The whole place, and the woman running it are both ridiculously disorganized. I'm not your world's most organized person, but I'm significantly better than this place, to the point where I rather dispair of putting it in order. A semblance thereof, perhaps, but real order? No, not without either starting at the beginning and working my tuchus off for longer than I have, or just sort of abandoning all that went before, and trying to just make order of what happens as it happens. We'll see how it shapes up. In the meantime, it's a job. And I still don't formally know how many hours a week I'm working.
