The Perils of B'nai Mitzvah at Shul, etc

At shul over Shabbos, a friend went to the bathroom, returned and told me that there was a 13ish year old friend of the bat mitzvah girl in the bathroom on her cell phone, telling one of her friends not to come until 10:00, because they were still doing "the pre-service"- aka Shacharit.

The drive back wasn't bad: the rain during the first part was a pain, but then it stopped raining from somewhere around UCONN until I got back to my apartment.
