Catching Up
I just actually caught an old friend from my youth orchestra in high school on the phone for a while- and hence I was caught up on the news about folks from youth orchestra: the news contained: one move to the greater NYC area, a pregnancy and a divorce. Also the marriage of a friend of this friend's from middle school.
In return, he found out that I was going to be "in town" next year. And I found out his latest academic plans. I do believe he's the only person I know who's ever been accepted to a graduate program two days before he actually submitted the application (but the day After his audition).
Other than that- today at work wasn't as good as yesterday, but was better than Friday. So life continues.
