In some ways the end of the summer is about as bad as the beginning. I'm counting down the days until various things, just as I was counting days since the end of the school year back in mid-to-late May. 5 more days of work, just under 3 weeks until I see
zodiacmg... I'm in this lull where I'm not really getting anything done, I just want the time to go by.
Tomorrow I'm back to work at some point: they have to finish up some sorts of details for the newest project, and then we start it, I guess. Then Thursday is Tisha B'Av, Friday's work and then
ergood and I are collaborating on Shabbat dinner.
Next week I have 3 days of work, then that Thursday I'm off to visit my grandmother in Florida through Sunday mid-day. THen I'm back to Boston, and am packing up for a few days. Then the next Thursday I'm going home until either Sunday afternoon or early on Monday, and on that Monday
zodaicmg is coming into Boston. So- it'll be a busy three weeks. And hopefully time should go quickly. But right now it all just seems a bit interminable, even though I'm really looking forward to much of it.
At least work tomorrow will be air conditioned.
