My computer screen blacked out in the midst of a conversation I was having on IM this evening (I'm now over at the campus center). Tech support thinks it's my LCD cable or something- but I need to be able to pry up a piece of plastic in order to try reseating it, or some such- and the piece of plastic was stuck. Maybe I'll have better luck in the morning, or when I go back home. Hopefully that'll work. Hopefully I'll at least be able to try before I have to find someone whom I'll have to pay to fix the thing- it's out of it's warranty by now of course. And I was so relieved to have dealt with the previous set of computer issues... Well, I guess better now than once classes start. BUt well- I guess I'll be spending some time over the next few days dealing with computer nonsense as well as packing and that sort of thing. Grr.
