After my spacy, loner time morning and early afternoon, I spent over an hour and a half learning with
nuqotw, then picnicked (ok, it was on the JTS terrace, but it was a nice meal outside) with Steve and Steve, wherein we discussed what it means for a ceremony to be interfaith, clergy participation in religious rituals of other religions, and approaches to coming into observance. In the midst of it all, I was told that I was a "traditionalist at heart" twice. Somehow this amuses me slightly- I'm not at all sure why. And then from there I went to hang out at
mbarr's barbeque. Perfect mix- nice dairy meal with a few folks with nice, interesting argumentation, then hang out with other friends at their barbeque without the issue of "what am I going to eat".
