Last night I dreamed about some friend having an allergy to corn. This was inane, but sort of amusing, in retrospect. Tonight, I go to sleep, and a car alarm goes off outside my window, for a rather long time. I think it's finally stopped. So back to bed for me, thank goodness.

Today:
I spoke with 5 family members, in the course of 2 phone calls (both parents, both grandmothers, grandfather- although some of those very briefly),
I had 2 chevrutas,
helped to create 2 imaginary living things (a space alien and an imaginary orchid, to keep Steve's imaginary cat company- I think I'm going to end up with a whole imaginary menagerie pretty soon, if we keep up these jokes at this rate),
and was asked if something was wrong 2 times, when Steve was really the one who was more annoyed by proceedings at dancing (we ran and errand and set up, and then the teacher didn't arrive until 10-15 minutes after the class was supposed to start, not that anyone else was on time either, and he came in and kvetched about various things, and messed with things that we had working just fine before. And then we didn't start dancing until well after half an hour after things were supposed to start. Also, the programming was very random, and didn't maintain any energy. So- a lot of silliness and talking, not a lot of dancing. Although I did get a good partner for the couples' dances, someone I don't often get to dance with- so there was a good side to the dancing itself...)
