I only met you once, at shirei_shibolim and terriqat's wedding, but I remember you were there!

I also remember that fleurdelis28 kept sending me, via AIM, interesting and hilarious things you said. I wish I remembered what some of them were.

I remember this freshman who sat down next to me on the first day of Arabic class with a backpack bedecked with lots and lots of buttons bearing social and political messages, and concluding that she was probably the kind of person who gets heavily involved with the right kinds of organizations. Seeing her later that week at Friday night services and thinking that this was probably a good sign.

Odd- I don't think I've ever had buttons on my backpack for long enough to have many: they kept falling off. I had a bunch on a jacket though. BUt I lost that at some point. Maybe I still had it then. Dunno...

Shabbas dinner the other weekend with my purple fruit salad and your yummy yummy squash and kugel.... :) And, of course, running into you every morning this semester when I'm leaving Arabic and you're going into Biblical Hebrew. And last purim when you were dressed as a road (so cute!)... and... that's what's coming to my head at the moment...

These things might not have happened all at once (oh, time!), but...baking muffins, seeing you dance & learning what is/how to debka, silly hebrew love shirim, and your beautiful hair scarves/discussions about head coverings, are the memories that stick out presently.
