zodiacmg helped me finish the tallit katan I made for myself before he left. And then I let it sit (I must be related to my uncle after all, and his famous letting things age in closets before they're ready to be worn, I'm told) for a few days. Today I finally wore the thing. So far so good. It felt right, I wasn't Too aware of it, but I didn't forget it was there either. I really don't know how often I'll be wearing it: that's still up in the air. But it didn't shift around, or show through my clothes oddly, which was one of the general concerns... We'll see how things go, and hopefully I'll be able to formulate the right approach to this as I go. I'm still experiencing- maybe I'll have more cogent and intellectual or spiritual reactions after I start to adjust. But this seems to be a good decision.
