I was talking to [livejournal.com profile] shirei_shibolim recently and remembered a rabbinic text using a pun about סערה and שערה and then went back through my assorted source sheets from the shiurim where I presumed I had encountered it, and couldn't find it. It was based on a verse from Job about G-d's presence in "the storm" and punning off of that and how much that word sounds like the word for hair as a reason of sorts for hair-covering. Anyone happen to know where that is?

There's a medrosh somewhere or other, based on a verse that says that God hangs the universe on top of a סערה. This medrosh says that God hangs the globe from a mere hair (rather than that he suspends the world over a whirlwind).
