In other words: I went to see the Return of the King with my family and Will. Got pretty angry with Will afterwards, partially because he misunderstood the way I approach movies (I talk to Mom through them, with running commentary: the peril of watchign few movies, and almost always with parents), and partially because I misinterpreted his being playful/teasing, and partially because I have way too much invested in those books, and hence, in the movie. Go figure.

you should never talk during any movie that costs more than five bucks.
especially if its in a public theater.
its just impolite.

im sure you have lots of truly fascinating insights to offer, bright girl that you are, but save them till after.

otherwise the whole theater will hate you.
