In Other News

I took another oddly long and deep nap today, after having gotten 7 1/2 hours of sleep last night (and a 4 or 5 hour nap prior to that). I'm a bit weirded out.

As someone whose body would like upwards of 12 hours, I can relate. I slept 12 hours last night and am still tired. Of course, I slept under 6 the previous two nights and had upwards of 20 hours of exercise over the weekend so that might have had something to do with it! Damn, that was loud thunder, scared the heck out of me!!! It seemed like it was in the front yard! There is a flash gigantic thunderstorm outside with crazy rain, too! I was trying to tell you that depending on what you are doing, stress, exercise, etc. you can get drained and need more sleep than normal. I wouldn't worry too much unless you feel lethargi all the time, at which point, see a doctor. :-)
