1. Looks like my defense will be at noon on Tuesday. I've asked my advisor (with whom I have 3 hours of clsas directly from 9 until noon) if I can leave class 10-15 minutes early to eat something and prepare myself. We'll see what she says.
2. I got my excess t axes back from the State of Connecticut yesterday. $9. Much less, and they might not have bothered. It's rather funny to get a big official check for $9. Don't know why, but there it is.
