A few other interesting things about yesterday
1. It was the first time I'd seen a bride wear anything other than white: she had a dress in a sort of light beige-y pink. It suited her very well- actually, I didn't realize that it wasn't white, or at least ivory, right away, but once I did, it was pretty obvious.
2. Flying back, we got to see fireworks from above, which was pretty neat, although they're much less impressive that way. But I got to see a lot of them in a bunch of different places, nearly at once. It was really rather cool.
