I just took a shower- and didn't realize until I was already in and wet that I'd forgotten to take my kippah off. I've made that mistake before with my glasses and my watch, and certainly earrings many, many times over- but never before my headcovering, I don't think. So there's a new one for the

Sounds familiar- although usually I do that when brushing my hair before bed. But it sounds like a good system- someone I know here at JTS does something similar much of the time, except minus the hair brushing, as far as I know.
