In attempting to move one chair around my room, I just knocked my coatrack over on myself. No harm done, but I feel pretty silly.

In attempting to lean over and grab something from the drawer at work tonight, I stabbed myself in the chest with the edge of the counter.

In other words, I wouldn't worry about it.
