Shabbos In Brief

Shabbos was interesting, and generally quite pleasant- but I didn't end up getting anywhere near enough sleep- so I ought to do that nowish. Tomorrow I'm working breakfast, then my parents are coming to see me for my birthday, and then I'm working dinner. After dinner, I think I'm going to "explore" and find the laundry machines, hopefully before there are enough people around for there to be a big line. And then the week starts again- but I have Tuesday after lunch until Thursday morning off, so it should be pretty broken up. Should be interesting.

Yeah- and we will have staff eating (and much as I'd like to think that it's our several diabetics and the like, that certainly won't be the only people eating) too- otherwise we wouldn't have to be doing breakfast. I don't get it- it isn't even on our camp calendars. I don't get Ramah. I mean, I also don't quite get 17 Tammuz, but that's a different story.
