I was just sending out emails making some inquiries about CPE (Clinical PAstoral Education, aka training in hospital chaplaincy) for this summer.  As I was finishing up, I looked at the top of the page listing hospitals in the eastern region that offer CPE, and noted that the address for the regional directors was- (drum roll please)- one street over from my parents' home, on the street I walked down every day to walk to and from school in high school.  A bit surreal, that one.
