THis Shabbat was really interesting. Over all, I had a really nice time. Peaceful, mostly. It was kind of nice not having to rush through my Amidah so I'd be done for when the congregation needed to move on: I got some good time to just be me with no-one but G-d watching. I know, it sounds tacky, but that's the only way I can describe it for the moment. I did a nice amount of singing too- which was interesting, because I found that I could sort of shut off stuff, and really just feel like my singing was just this little bit of the larger picture of singing: kind of self-less. It was nice, in a quietish way, socially as well. Over all a good Shabbat.
Tonight- it started out by a bit of my usual seudat shlishit blues, compounded by a really sweet pep talk email from Nathan that made me teary for some reason. So I talked a touch to Shoshana, and then to Efi (and actually called- I needed a voice) and he got me cheered up again, so that I was in a good mood to hang out a bit with
